He mainly works on Quantitative methods for monitoring and evaluations. Frederic has extensive experience in developing study protocols & tools (for computer-assisted personal interviews (CAPI) and self-assisted interviews), statistical analysis plans (SAPs), and data quality check. Frederic has excellent transferable skills in data management, and study findings reports. Frederic is a visiting lecturer at the University of Rwanda (UR) and Kigali independent University (ULK). Mr. Frederic holds a degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Rwanda and a Master’s in data science from the University of Rwanda, African Centre of excellence in data science. He is working as a data analyst at Aegis Trust. He has been a data manager at Rwanda biomedical centre (RBC), consultancy and innovation business action (CIBA Ltd), and University of Rwanda on SHLC & TESF projects.

Corneille have more than 9 years of experiences in field of research management, project management, in Quantitative data collection by using electronic devices and data collection software (SurveyCTO Collect, Kobo Collect, ODK Collect, CSEntry, CSPro Data Entry, Survey ToGo, etc) and by using paper based data collection questionnaire, in qualitative data collection like conducting  Focus Group Discussions interviews (FGDs), Key Informants Interviews (KIIs) and In-Depth Interviews (IDIs), Experienced in transcribing and translating audios recorded during qualitative data collection,  experienced in Data Entry, Data Cleaning, Questionnaires translations and Reports writing. Working within cross-cultural environment in project feasibility studies, projects evaluation, Baseline surveys, mid-term evaluation surveys and end line surveys in different sectors like agriculture, Health, Education, Finance, Market surveys, and am also fast learner; independent and collaborative worker.
